All fine, but breakfast confusion

The whirlpool tub was amazing, but the air conditioner didn’t work.

We had a wonderful stay close to the San Antonio Zoo, where we enjoyed the incredible animals! The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family, and it was great having our special needs son's autism support dog welcomed with us.

My wife says that it would be great if they offered more accessible outdoor activities for families with kids.

Also, the parking lot didn't feel secure after multiple vehicle break-ins during my stay, adding an uneasy vibe to the overall experience.

I truly appreciated the spaciousness of our room, complete with a cozy living area and convenient amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, which made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The King Suite was comfortable with extra pillows provided upon request. The location was convenient, and the breakfast featured traditional regional homemade products that were enjoyable. However, during a crowded spring break, the staff's management of linen requests was disappointing, as it took over three hours to get bedsheets for the sofa bed. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of transparency regarding availability from cancellations.

I did have a good experience, but with some improvements, it could be even better.
